This art teaches how to reclaim one’s personal power and transform one’s “inner lead” (fears, blocked memories, limiting beliefs, traumas…) into “gold” (our resources, our connection to our essence, our true self).

From a personal point of view, I am a curious traveler, and I have explored and/or trained in techniques ranging from EFT, EMDR, kinesiology, Reiki, microkinesiology, psychoanalysis, acupuncture, yoga… just to name a few. Through these methodologies, I sought ways to accompany the people who come to me using tools that engage the mind, heart, body, and soul.

As a trained clinical psychologist, my research over the past 17 years has been to integrate the body—often neglected in academic studies—and the spiritual dimension, sometimes overlooked in a purely scientific approach. For me, TAI represents the solution I’ve been seeking so far, although my search won’t stop here.

Through TAI, I’d say Andrea shares with us the quintessence of his experiences, observations, and his very personal approach to life and human beings. An approach in which I recognized myself after attending a seminar led by Andrea in Brussels.

In my words, to describe my adventure on the inner journey, I’d say that TAI is like an internal time machine that allows us to dissolve the energy knots that prevent us from being “ourselves” here and now. For me and my family, TAI has become a daily tool, easy to practice even when time is short. TAI helps us better understand our inner world and gently create links between events, patterns, and reactions—not just on a mental level, but with a real sense of illumination as we realize the connection between all these elements. Transformations happen quickly and naturally; personally, I had a lot of blocked energy related to grief, which initially slowed down many aspects of my life, but by unblocking it with TAI practice, I was able to get back into action (sports, projects…).

My training as a TAI practitioner has been very meaningful, as I was able to explore wounds I thought I had already resolved. This was partially true, but with TAI, I was able to go further in the process of liberation and reconnection. I accessed knots that, until now, despite all the approaches I had tried, had not been fully addressed.

I also had the joy of using TAI with children and older people (72 years old), as well as with people with reduced mobility.

During my training, Andrea did not bind us to a dogma like “this technique must only be done this way.” I felt free to integrate TAI into my world, “in my own way,” as those who know me would say.

It is a great joy to have become the first Francophone ambassador of TAI, a tool serving peace and self-love, love for others, and love for the world.

In my opinion, TAI represents a contribution to a better world.

A Therapeutic Journey: A Session with a Person Familiar with the Method

This is the story of a person, Soyeon, who has faced significant challenges since childhood. She experienced loss among her siblings at a young age, an accident at 15 that left her paraplegic, and a toxic relationship. And yet…

In this sharing, we will explore the work done in a session, the resilience active in her life, and how tools like TAI are invaluable to her and what she thinks about them as a recipient.

This session took place via videoconference and was divided into two parts. Initially, we debriefed the key points of the moment to verbalize and identify her needs for this session. Then, we moved on to the external practice of TAI.

A lot of anger, disgust, and insecurity surfaced, and she spoke about her desire to start a new relationship. Soyeon has been living alone with her two children for about four years, following a difficult separation. She is aware of her fears, blocks, and limiting beliefs about men, and she verbalizes them to me.

Her fears are linked to violence, submission through force, coercion…

She can also describe the physical sensation of discomfort she feels when hearing stories of abuse against women or children, with a tightness in her stomach. The more she evokes specific details and the goal becomes clear: to release this anger, change her beliefs about men, and open the door to love in her life.

Soyeon associates her story with images and sensations, and since she already knows TAI methods, I asked her to close her eyes and place her hands on the first Dantian, located between the pubis and the navel.

(Note that even a person with reduced mobility can easily practice this method.)

To guide her in activating the first energy center through breathing, I simply inhaled and exhaled deeply, and she did the same. I asked her to stay in touch with the sensations and observe what emerged.

She quickly told me that many images faded like in a film, with one particular moment linked to childhood. Using mirroring, following the triangle model proposed by Andrea Fredi in the TAI approach, I chose to focus on the experience aspect.

In that moment of connection between this episode and her current consciousness, an intense emotion emerged: tears, contractions in her face and upper body.

I proposed the following formulation, breaking it down slowly so she could easily repeat it without needing to memorize it. I added, “Embrace what is present, and let’s say the first phrase” (her hands were positioned on the first Dantian).

“I reclaim my power and release the energy contained in all these images that have resurfaced.”

I quickly noticed that her face relaxed, her breathing deepened, so I allowed a few minutes for integration. I saw a swallowing motion and a slight movement, so I suggested: “If it feels right to you, let’s place our hands at the center of the chest, inhale, exhale” (I did it simultaneously with her).

Then, for the second Dantian, we said:
“I let go of all attachments and identifications related to all these images that have resurfaced.”

Again, I noticed signs of relaxation, a focused face, eye movements, and broader breathing. I then suggested: “If it feels right to you, let’s place one hand flat on the forehead, at the third eye, inhale, exhale” (I did it with her each time), and then, for the third Dantian, she repeated:

“I create order and coherence within me, in relation to all these images that have resurfaced.”

When I noticed her breathing was deeper, I asked her to place both hands back on the first Dantian (lower abdomen) and take some time to observe what had changed, what she felt, what she saw, or what she told herself.

She quickly said: “If I had been stronger…,” and many statements starting with “if,” which led me to focus, still following the triangle model, on the aspect of phantoms created around the experience.

I suggested, before she started verbalizing too much, a second series of phrases. I said: “Inhale and exhale, with your hands on the lower abdomen, stay with all this.”

Since there were many phantoms and she was fully immersed in this part of herself, I deliberately chose a general formulation to limit her verbalization towards me and encourage internal verbalization while maintaining an active connection to herself and the ongoing process.

She repeated with me: “I reclaim my power and release the energy contained in everything I think about this.”

I gave her some time, then suggested: “If it feels right to you, let’s place our hands at the center of the chest (second Dantian), inhale, exhale, I let go of all attachments and identifications related to everything I think about this.”

Then, after a deep sigh and a slight movement, I proposed: “If it feels right to you, let’s place one hand flat on the forehead (third eye), like before, inhale, exhale, and we say, ‘I create order and coherence within me, in relation to everything I think about this.'”

The integration time was quicker, and I proposed, using the third aspect of the triangle model, a third series of phrases on her beliefs, which had emerged during the debriefing phase.
I told her: “We will do a third series of phrases, with our hands on the abdomen, inhale, exhale,
I reclaim my power and release the energy contained in everything I still believe, regarding men and that is blocking me and preventing me from moving forward.”

The process was quicker, and I noticed a slight movement, a change in her expression, so I suggested: “If it feels right to you, let’s place both hands at the center of the chest, inhale, exhale, and say, ‘I let go of any attachment, any identification related to everything I still believe about men that is blocking me and preventing me from moving forward.'”
After a few minutes, I proposed: “If it feels right to you, let’s place one hand on the forehead (third Dantian), inhale, exhale, ‘I create order and coherence within me, in relation to everything I still believe about men that is blocking me and preventing me from moving forward.'”

After a few minutes, she placed both hands on her lower abdomen, and I asked her to observe what had changed. She explained that she had relaxed as the phrases progressed, the TAI sessions brought a sense of calm until she felt really good. She said what struck her about TAI was the speed at which the images flowed away and were no longer present at the end, nor was the feeling of anger or helplessness. She later explained that she had seen images of many men she knows or had known, corresponding to the negative beliefs she had held up until now. Then she saw images of other men she knows who align with her values. She specified that there were fewer, but they were still present. Finally, the TAI phrases led her to imagine her wedding, the one she hasn’t yet had but dreams of. It was like a dream, a very clear vision, clearer than some visualizations she had done in the past. I then understood what corresponded to the bliss I had noticed on her face, with that gentle smile; nothing like the grimaces of pain and physical agitation at the beginning of the session.

To conclude the TAI practice, she placed her hands on the second Dantian and said the following phrase: “I harmonize all my systems with this new awareness.”
I asked her, to conclude and in light of this sharing, for a comment on the different techniques we had already used together over the 10 years of working together, namely EFT, EMDR-DMS (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Access-Bars, Logosynthesis, and finally TAI.

For her, EMDR-DMS was a revelation in terms of effectiveness, speed, and power for major traumas; she said: “The process in the brain happens on its own, just like with TAI.”
Regarding EFT, she said: “It’s effective, it works, it’s easier with a guide than on my own, it quickly calms my anxieties, small everyday things, but it’s not my favorite technique.”
About Logosynthesis, she said: “I find it less powerful, it’s more complicated and doesn’t involve placing hands on the energy centers.”
“I really like TAI, I compare it to EMDR-DMS, it works very well for me. What’s impressive is the speed, moment by moment, the images flow on their own, as if it’s dissolving knots, it feels like flashes of images, but it’s much gentler than EMDR-DMS, which I find more challenging and confronting.”

Thank you, Soyeon, for sharing and for your trust.

In summary, we see that TAI allowed the blocked information to integrate coherently and unified, enhancing our state of consciousness and our presence in the world. The “time capsules” that were initially fragmented are subtly connected by our consciousness; the links between situations and sensations become clearer… It’s like a time leap that creates bridges of consciousness, enabling an update between events and the person’s state in the here and now.
TAI is a precious tool, simple and powerful at the same time.

Sarah Faure (Molteni)
To write to me: sarah.molteni20@gmail.com
You can find me on YOUTUBE: Sarah Faure (Molteni) – YouTube
Facebook: Facebook (I am not very active on social networks)
LinkedIn: Sarah (Molteni) Faure | LinkedIn

Dear reader, I hope this sharing helps you to feel whether the path proposed by the Techniques of Inner Alchemy (TAI) resonates with you, speaks to your heart, your soul, and your mind.
