CERTIFICATION MEMOIR \u2013 TAI PRACTITIONER<\/span><\/span>
\nGRAZIELLA TORNICELLI<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
1. Background and Coaching Approach<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
\nI am a certified professional coach in the corporate sector and a skills assessment consultant with about twenty years of experience. Passionate about personal development, I adopt a holistic approach to the individual. I have trained in Carl Rogers\u2019 listening techniques, NLP, Transactional Analysis, and Coaching based on Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Hudson\u2019s approach. Always curious and in search of innovative tools, I have also participated in numerous workshops and training sessions on topics such as Flow, Atypical Profiles, Neuroscience, Zen Attitude, and Meditation. <\/span><\/span><\/span>The individuals I coach are generally engaged in a dynamic of professional change, career evolution, or career reorientation. My clients come from diverse backgrounds:<\/span>
\n\u2022 Executives who are members of management committees (CODIR),<\/span>
\n\u2022 Department directors,<\/span>
\n\u2022 Managers,<\/span>
\n\u2022 Middle managers and supervisors,<\/span>
\n\u2022 Young adults developing their projects. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Over the course of my career, I have progressively specialized in supporting so-called Atypical profiles (HPI – High Intellectual Potential, HPE – High Emotional Potential, HSE – High Emotional Sensitivity, Hypersensitive individuals, etc.), adapting my approach and tools to each person\u2019s specific needs. <\/span><\/span><\/span>My coaching aims to help individuals develop a project that is both ideal and realistic, taking into account their deepest aspirations and practical feasibility. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
2. My Discovery of \u201cTAI\u201d \u2013 Inner Alchemy Techniques<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
\nI discovered \u201cTAI\u201d during a webinar offered by IFPEC, led by Andrea Fredi, and I was immediately enthusiastic about his presentation. His innovative approach deeply resonated with me, as it aligns with a holistic vision\u2014body, heart, and mind\u2014that enables profound transformation work. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Throughout the training, Andrea Fredi, with his benevolent presence, was able to convey and bring this technique to life. Through this process, I experienced personal breakthroughs: releasing certain past burdens and fully taking back control of my life in the present. <\/span><\/span><\/span>This experience reinforced my belief that we are better able to help those we coach when we have ourselves integrated the techniques we offer. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
3. My Experience with \u201cTAI & MANAGEMENT\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
\n3.1 Case Study: \u201cTAI\u201d for a Stressful Professional Situation with Coachee M. V.<\/span><\/span>
\nM. V., a manager in his forties, began coaching during his paternity leave. This break allowed him to reflect on his professional future, but as the return date approached, his anxiety grew. <\/span><\/span><\/span>He manages a team of 30 people with kindness and attentiveness, qualities recognized and appreciated by his colleagues. However, his context is challenging: his direct superior (N+1), nearing retirement, practices an authoritarian and directive management style, completely at odds with current expectations and M. V.\u2019s participatory and collaborative approach. Several team leaders have already requested to leave the department, and despite alerts sent to Human Resources, no action has been taken. <\/span><\/span><\/span>The thought of facing his superior and the oppressive work environment causes M. V. immense, almost paralyzing stress. The evening before his return, he confides: \u201cI no longer want to go back to my position.\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span>G: I suggest he try a \u201cTAI\u201d session. Gently, I invite him to close his eyes and embrace whatever comes up.<\/span>
\nG: When you think about returning to your workplace and seeing your superior (N+1), what happens in your mind? An image? A sound? A sensation?<\/span>
\nM. V.: Responds: an overwhelming sensation of stress, like a blockage, a freezing.<\/span>
\nG: I ask him to indicate his stress level on a scale from 1 to 10.<\/span>
\nM. V.: Responds 10.<\/span>
\nG: I suggest he place his hands on the first DANTIAN, connect with the touch of his hands and lower abdomen, and take three deep breaths while inwardly saying, \u201cI am the origin.\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span>I invite him to repeat the first phrase: \u201cI take back my power and release the energy blocked in this representation.\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span>After a moment of listening and observing the body\u2019s reactions, I invite him to move to the second DANTIAN, placing his hands at the center of his chest, at heart level. After a moment of connection and breathing in this space, I suggest the second phrase to repeat: \u201cI let go of all identification and attachment to this representation.\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span>After another moment of listening and allowing the body to respond, I suggest he place two fingers at the center of his forehead, on the third DANTIAN, in the \u201cthird eye\u201d region. After a moment of connection and breathing in this space to activate the energy of this center, I suggest he repeat the third affirmation: \u201cI generate order and coherence within myself regarding this representation.\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span>We simply accompany the process in a passive contemplation. <\/span><\/span><\/span>During the session and this first \u201cTAI round,\u201d his breathing calms, and his features relax.<\/span>
\nG: I ask him where he is on the stress scale from 0 to 10.<\/span>
\nM. V.: Responds with a big smile: 0, expressing great relief, feeling lighter and more confident. This experience allowed him to reconnect with his inner resources and prepare not only for his professional return but also for a new role identity: becoming a father. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
Conclusion of TAI & MANAGEMENT<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
\nA few days later, M. V. resumes his position. His team, delighted to have him back, welcomes him warmly, reinforcing his sense of legitimacy and grounding in his role. <\/span><\/span><\/span>This experience illustrates how powerful \u201cTAI\u201d is: it enables a gentle and direct connection to our unconscious processes, releasing blockages and recovering new energy to move forward. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
3.2 Case Study: \u201cTAI\u201d for Addressing Impostor Syndrome \u2013 The Case of Ms. A.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\nMs. A., Marketing Director in a large group, sought me out for professional coaching. She felt completely overwhelmed by her work: she thinks about work, sleeps thinking about work, swims thinking about work\u2026 in short, work invades every aspect of her life. Even during leisure time, her mind cannot disconnect: meetings, fundraising, recruitment, team management\u2026 her brain never stops. <\/span><\/span><\/span>A perfectionist, she prefers to do everything herself, believing that delegated work is never done well enough. Highly demanding, she constantly carries a heavy sense of responsibility. Her deepest wish, expressed at the start of the coaching, is simple yet profound: \u201cto be able to forget about work on weekends, focus on my relationship, and regain mental peace.\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span>First Session<\/span><\/span>
\nDuring our first meeting, she discusses her journey, her perfectionism, and a persistent fear: being fired. This fear dates back to the early days of her career when she experienced a painful dismissal. Although she is now highly valued by the Management Committee (CODIR) and recognized by her superiors, this sense of insecurity persists. During a meeting, her management even reminded her that \u201cif it\u2019s not perfect, it\u2019s already very good,\u201d but for her, this is not enough: the inner demand remains. <\/span><\/span><\/span>We worked on impostor syndrome, which fuels her need for perfection and her inability to ease the pressure. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Second Session<\/span><\/span>
\nDuring the second session, after delving deeper into this theme, I suggest she try \u201cTAI.\u201d<\/span>
\nG: I use META questions, asking her:<\/span>
\nG: Describe the situation causing stress. What representation is it? Is it visual, auditory, kinesthetic?<\/span>
\nG: I invite her to describe the situation generating this stress.<\/span>
\nMs. A.: \u201cIt\u2019s in front of me; I\u2019m quite visual. It\u2019s black and white, like a big cloud of smoke.\u201d<\/span>
\nG: What do you feel? Do you have physical symptoms?<\/span>
\nMs. A.: \u201cI feel immense anger. I don\u2019t know why it\u2019s there, but it\u2019s very strong.\u201d<\/span>
\nG: On a scale from 0 to 10, where are you?<\/span>
\nMs. A.: At 8. <\/span><\/span><\/span>G: I explain the TAI process and guide her step-by-step through the experience, leading her to the first DANTIAN, the second DANTIAN, and the third DANTIAN.<\/span>
\nG: I invite you to think about the visual representation and repeat after me: \u201cI take back my power and release the energy entangled in this representation,\u201d stay on the first DANTIAN and continue breathing consciously in this DANTIAN, observing what happens.<\/span>
\nMs. A.: Repeats the phrase.<\/span>
\nG: I observe her face and body, and when I notice movements, I suggest moving to the second DANTIAN: \u201cI invite you to take a moment to connect to the second DANTIAN through breathing, connect to your heart, and repeat after me: \u2018I let go of all identification and attachment to this representation.\u2019\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span>Then, I suggest moving to the third DANTIAN and saying: \u201cI generate order and coherence within myself regarding this representation.\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span>G: I suggest she come out of the pause and evaluate on a scale from 0 to 10.<\/span>
\nMs. A.: 3, it\u2019s quite \u201castonishing.\u201d<\/span>
\nG: I suggest doing another TAI round. <\/span><\/span><\/span>After the second TAI round, I ask for an evaluation on a scale from 0 to 10.<\/span>
\nMs. A.: Between 0 and 1. Smiling and serene, she exclaims: \u201cThis is amazing: what is this approach?!\u201d Her face, gestures, and tone of voice convey deep calm.<\/span>
\nG: We were able to continue the coaching session by developing a concrete action plan to implement with her team, with renewed, calmer, and more joyful energy. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
Conclusion of \u201cTAI\u201d and Impostor Syndrome<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
\nThis case perfectly illustrates the power of \u201cTAI.\u201d It enables the emergence and transformation of deep emotions\u2014here, the buried anger behind perfectionism and impostor syndrome\u2014to rediscover clarity and serenity. <\/span><\/span><\/span>With Ms. A., this work opened a space of lightness and newfound efficiency, helping her view her responsibilities differently and consider new ways to manage her team without burning out. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Final Conclusion<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
\nBeyond these cases, I see every day how \u201cTAI\u201d enriches my coaching practice. \u201cTAI\u201d allows me to explore, with my clients, what happens at a deeper level, beyond the rational mind, and to transform these blockages into levers for growth. <\/span><\/span><\/span>With the atypical profiles I coach\u2014hypersensitive individuals, HPI (High Intellectual Potential), HPE (High Emotional Potential), HSE (High Emotional Sensitivity)\u2014this approach has a particular resonance. These individuals often experience their emotions intensely and can feel overwhelmed by their thoughts. <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u201cTAI\u201d offers them a space for re-centering, where body, heart, and mind reconnect. It fosters a return to self, a recovery of vital energy, and greater clarity to move forward with their projects. In this sense, it complements and deepens my coaching approach, enabling those I support to fully take back control of their lives. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
