TAI for a self-conscious girl

TAI Laser for an 8-year-old girl who is self-conscious about the hair on her forearms since another girl pointed it out in front of other children.

Since then, she no longer likes her body, or at least that’s how she expresses it (before that comment, she didn’t need to say she loved or didn’t love her body, there was no issue). Moreover, she is very afraid that other children will reject her for this specific reason. Not knowing how to have no hair on her forearms, she feels trapped in a no-win situation. It’s the presence of hair that’s the problem, not at all their pigmentation, which in this case are light.
I propose a TAI session regarding the words spoken by the other girl that triggered this loss of self-confidence. I ask if she hears the words of the other girl. “Yes, she says it very loudly and the others listen and believe everything she says, and I won’t have any friends anymore… I see myself alone, all alone.” Ok, let’s just stay with what you hear for now, is that possible for you? “Yes, I don’t like what she says at all.” She says, covering her ears. Ok, when you hear what she says in your ears, what do you feel in your body? “I wish she had never said that, I’m ashamed, I want to run away.” Ok, let’s start. You can say:
I am Origin.
Hands overlapped on the first Dantian
I reclaim my power and release the energy entangled in the words I heard.
Hands on the second Dantian
I let go of all identifications and attachments to these words.
Index and middle finger on the third Dantian
I generate a field of coherence within me regarding these words.
I ask if she still hears those words. No! But I am alone in the image, no one wants to be my friend. Ok, we’ll do a passage on what remains.
Hands overlapped on the first Dantian
I reclaim my power, release the energy entangled in this image of me alone.
Hands on the second Dantian
I let go of all identifications and attachments to my reactions regarding this image.
Index and middle finger on the third Dantian
I generate and send harmonic frequencies within me regarding this image.

Her face lights up after her third yawn. I ask what has changed. “I have lots of friends coming back. I see everyone again. I’m not in the image anymore, I see myself here, now, and my friends see me too. Thank you, thank you, thank you, I can still have friends. Is there anything else bothering you, any other scenes coming to mind? When you see your friends coming back, do you think of something… Do you imagine something… What do you believe?” “Nothing! Nothing special, they’re just there.” Thank you.

Thank you TAI, thank you Andrea
