My name is Paola Franceschetti and I have been working as an Energy Techniques Operator (EFT‑i, TAI and PET) since 2018.
I met Andrea in 2010, immediately began attending his courses and practicing the techniques on myself. It was the encounter I had been longing for for many years. I have always felt a push toward change, an intuition that the fatigue, fragility or fear I perceived did not have to remain that way forever, but I had not yet found a tool that could concretely generate deep transformations in my character and my life.
Since then I have never stopped practicing the techniques daily, allowing them to become companions on my path. Over the years I have witnessed their effectiveness, seeing profound and lasting results that have not regressed, but instead keep building inner stability and confidence. These powerful practices have given me great freedom and, together, a constant joy of living that has replaced anxiety, letting me wake up each morning with the thought that a new day brings interesting experiences that will enrich my goals.
I still remember the very beginning, so arduous… as if I were a block of marble, so hard to shape that it seemed to require evolutionary times to see a small result… Tears, fatigue, discouragements, countless hours spent with Andrea patiently guiding me beyond my resistances.
I must say, however, that nothing stopped me: no darkness, no fall, no silence or apparent void… I got back up and kept doing round after round of EFT‑I and TAI. I believe it is this—just as the master rightly observed—that led me to a unique experience in its strength, both sudden and surprising.
About two weeks ago I experienced strong stomach pains (my vulnerable area), something I had already suffered from repeated inflammations in the past. Unlike before, I could not find an immediate cause that would justify this symptom, except the doubt that I might have caught something transmitted by friends who were not in perfect health, whom I had met a few days earlier.
The pains, however, were very intense, like hot blades striking in waves. Despite the aloe juice and essential oils I use in such moments—which did contribute—I intended to let the night pass, but if they had continued the next day I would have consulted my doctor or gone to the emergency room.
When night fell, I went to bed trying to close my eyes, helped by a hot water bottle to relax the muscles and calm the spasms. Time passed while I repeated some mantras that had helped me during sleepless nights years ago, but they only gave very brief respites. I decided to do a TAI session on the symptom, as always curious and ready to listen to whatever my system would reveal.
I managed to utter only the first sentence: “I reclaim my power and free the energy trapped in these pains and in their message.”
Instantly the pains vanished. It was just after one a.m. I was left stunned, because despite many years of practice, an immediate resolution had never happened to me before.
I listened carefully… it didn’t seem real… I moved around to make sure the pain didn’t return in another position. Nothing. All was quiet.
I savor this feeling of liberation and rebirth in health, with a heart that can only thank, full of wonder for having touched with my own hands an incredible, believable fact. After a few minutes I fell asleep safely. The pains never returned.
To anyone who chooses Energy Techniques as tools for knowledge and transformation, I say: Never give up, especially when darkness and apparent emptiness arise; they are only perceptions of the rational mind. Trust together that, if we practice, a part of us continues tirelessly and persistently its silent, deep work, serving our good, beyond our need for immediate confirmation. That same part, when we least expect it, finally throws open the door at the end of the tunnel.
