Hi, I’m sending you feedback on TAI since I’ve experienced this effect several times now, and I found it surprising (especially due to its speed).
I particularly appreciate the effect of TAI’s internal art.
Using it in moments when the energy is one of intense frustration—a mix of anger, impatience, agitation, nervousness, etc.—I noticed that, even after the first phrase, “I release the energy contained in this frustration and guide it to my center,” the energy is completely transformed. I feel as if I’m having a nice feast of energy, regaining nourishment, and experiencing a sense of fullness, satisfaction, and joy… I actually regain my energy, which I had been wasting or that was flowing in a distorted way to my disadvantage and was unable to use.
This new energy of fullness expands in my body and being. Furthermore, the nervousness, agitation, anger, etc., disappear completely on an emotional level (replaced, as I mentioned, by a healthy joy).
With the second phrase, “I align this energy with the frequency of my Essence,” I feel that this new inner state is “sealed” in my heart field, combined with a harmonious flow of energy… thus, I stabilize this new beneficial condition.
With the last phrase, “I direct this energy towards (a project I care about or harmony, well-being, etc.),” I feel happiness and radiance from being able to channel my energies into what interests me and benefits me, without waste, dispersion, or blocks… the impeccable use of my energy gives me satisfaction, enthusiasm, vigor, and a desire to act.
And all this with just one round of TAI Internal 🙂
