Working with Madame B.
Madame B., a 70-year-old woman, came to me, physically and emotionally withdrawn, after a serious altercation with her son two months earlier. He had treated her harshly, both verbally and physically, and she was still in shock.
When recalling the event, she vividly visualized the scene in front of her. She could hear his words, and she still felt his grip on her arm, along with a heaviness in her heart. Her body felt paralyzed, and emotionally, she was in disbelief and denial. Mentally, she thought, “What a waste.”
We began the TAI process with the phrase “I am Origin” and placed both hands over her first Dantian. The goal was to help her reclaim her power and release the energy trapped in this representation. After staying on the first Dantian for a while, her body gradually relaxed and shifted. Next, with her hands on her second Dantian, we said the phrase, “I release all identifications and attachments to this representation and everything it represents for me.” It took time, but her breathing eventually deepened. Finally, we placed two fingers on her third Dantian (third eye) and said, “I create order and coherence within myself regarding this representation and all it means to me.”
Her body reacted more quickly this time, and when I asked what had changed, she expressed surprise. While she could still hear her son’s words, they now felt more distant. She also noticed a resemblance between her son’s words and those of her ex-husband during their separation. So, we did another TAI session focused on this connection.
I asked meta-questions about what remained. She still experienced an audible and visual representation—seeing the scene in color and hearing it in one ear with a loud sound. Her body felt crushed, and her chest was tight. Emotionally, she was sad, and mentally, there was a painful spot in her head.
We proceeded with another TAI session:
- First Dantian: “I reclaim my power and dissolve the structure of this audible and visual representation.”
- Second Dantian: “I release all identifications and attachments to this audible and visual representation.”
- Third Dantian: “I create the highest coherence within myself regarding this audible and visual representation.”
After this, her forehead softened, her shoulders opened, and she was less hunched. Her distress, which had been an 8/10, dropped to 2/10. While she still felt some restriction in her chest, the voices and words had disappeared, and she felt calm.
We decided to address the residual feeling of breathlessness in another TAI session. She described the sensation of suffocation without strong emotion, though the thought “I’ve done everything” arose. She recognized this as a belief.
So, we followed the same TAI steps:
- First Dantian: “I reclaim my power and dissolve the structure of this belief.”
- Second Dantian: “I release all identifications and attachments to this belief.”
- Third Dantian: “I create the highest coherence within myself regarding this belief.”
Her breath expanded, and her face relaxed into a serene expression. There was nothing left preventing her from breathing freely.
We concluded the TAI sessions, and afterward, I performed an energy session to further restore her balance. She left feeling calm, standing tall, and more empowered.
