TAI for a 9-year-old girl who saw a spider in its web on the ceiling and is flailing in all directions, doesn’t know where to stand, how to stand, constantly looking at the spider.
Even when she’s not looking at it, she’s tense, stressed, making erratic movements as if to shoo it away.
I suggest we do the TAI steps about this fear of the spider.
I ask her what she imagines when she sees the spider in its web.
“That it comes down and walks on me,” she replies.
Oh! How does that thought feel true in your body? How do you know it’s true?

-
“I feel it on my right shoulder, and it’s walking on me.”
Ok, when you feel the spider on your shoulder and feel it walking on your body, what do you feel in your body?
“It’s unpleasant, I want to make sudden movements to shake it off and run away fast.”
What emotion do you feel?
“It disgusts me, I’m scared, I feel stressed.”
Are you thinking about something?
“That it goes away, that it leaves me alone.”
Ok.
Are you ready to do the TAI steps with me about what you feel regarding the spider?
Yes! She answers.
She repeats after me: “I am Origin.”
Hands stacked on the first Dantian: I take back my power and release the energy entangled in this sensation.
Hands stacked on the second Dantian: I let go of all identifications and attachments to my reactions about this sensation.
Index and middle finger on the third Dantian: I generate and send harmonic frequencies within me regarding this sensation.
“Oh, I keep yawning,” she says, yawning widely again.
That’s normal, TAI does that! I reply.
Where’s the spider now, still on your shoulder?
“No, it’s gone back to its web… but it still scares me a little.”
Ok, what do you imagine?
“That it comes down from its web and climbs on me.”
Ok, are you ready to do another step about this imagination?
“Yes,” she says. Then she repeats after me.
Hands stacked on the first Dantian: I take back my power and dissolve the structure of this imagination.
Hands on the second Dantian: I let go of all identifications and attachments to this imagination.
Index and middle finger on the third Dantian: I generate a field of coherence within me regarding this imagination.
She yawns again, a lot, and smiles broadly with bright, beautiful eyes.
I ask her: Where’s the spider?
“There’s no spider anymore, its web… they’ve become tiny and disappeared.”
Thank you! She says spontaneously, relieved.
Thank you TAI and Andrea, Gratitude.
