Practical Case of TAI Internal Art: Work-Related Discomfort
Giovanni expresses discomfort related to his work environment.
The mere thought of arriving at the lobby of the building where he works causes him anxiety and a feeling of heaviness in his chest, which he cannot define further.
Since there isn’t a specific emotion, I decide to use the phrase “the energy of this place” in agreement with the client.
We also establish that the goal to focus on will be finding the perfect job for him.
- I release the energy contained in this place and guide it to my center.
- I raise the frequency of this energy, in alignment with my higher self.
- I direct this energy towards the goal of changing direction and finding the perfect job for me.
On the first two points, he feels a sensation of butterflies in his stomach, which then dissolves, leaving a feeling of lightness on the third point.
I have him mentally return to the building entrance, and the feeling of heaviness is gone. So, I have him proceed to the lobby.
Here, he feels a gloomy atmosphere.
- I release the energy of this gloomy atmosphere and guide it to my center.
- I raise the frequency of this energy in harmony with my higher self.
- I direct this energy towards the goal of changing direction and finding the perfect job for me.
While focusing on the various centers, he sees a mist clearing and making way for light.
Thinking about being in the lobby again, he no longer feels the gloomy atmosphere, so we continue to the elevators. Here, when he imagines it, he sees black dogs barking at him.
I decide to change the first phrase from “I release” to “I draw from.”
- I draw from the energy of the black dogs and guide it to my center.
- I raise the frequency…
- I direct this energy…
He feels that the initial phrase with “I draw from” is much more effective. He feels the energy flowing more, and his head spins a little between the first and second centers.
The black dogs disappear, as does the associated feeling of danger.
Thinking of continuing the path inside the building, he reaches the floor where he works and, when thinking about it, sees evil bats infesting the offices and feels sadness.
I decide with the client to focus on the emotion rather than the representation, as it is more significant for him.
- I draw from the energy of sadness and guide it to my center.
- I raise the frequency…
- I direct this energy…
While focusing on the first point, he sees black plants growing outside and inside him. On the second point, they continue to grow, and on the third, they dry up and disappear.
Thinking about work and mentally retracing the entire path to his office, no negative emotions or images appear. He is filled with great serenity.
Update: Giovanni returned from vacation and no longer perceives the work environment as hostile or negative. In fact, he is the only one feeling cheerful in a situation of great heaviness.
